Registering early and receiving your sash and crown gives you a head start on building your personal initiative. Our State Team will support you in securing appearances and speaking engagements, but the greatest impact comes from the effort you put in yourself.

 --Visibility is key!

Additionally, the earlier you begin actively working on your initiative, the more confident and prepared you’ll feel when discussing it during your state interview with the judges.

Our Apple Blossom Princess Program is a non-competitive experience designed especially for young girls ages 5–12 who want to take part in the excitement and glamour of the Miss Michigan Volunteer Pageant! This program is a scholarship fundraiser to help provide more funding opportunities to the young ladies competing in our State Program.

The Apple Blossom Princess Program is a non-competitive mentorship experience, for girls 5-12, offered exclusively during our State Competition Weekend. Princesses receive their very own Apple Blossom crown and sash and enjoy spending time with our queens while learning the ins and outs of the Miss Volunteer Program. Throughout the weekend, they participate in onstage performances and special appearances, gaining confidence and friendships that last far beyond the event.

The Little Miss Michigan Volunteer Pageant is a competitive opportunity for girls ages 5–12 to vie for the title of Little Miss Michigan Volunteer. In addition to receiving their crown and sash, our titleholders are awarded gifts and a full scholarship to the Apple Blossom Princess Program, allowing them to experience all the mentorship, inspiration, and sisterhood that come with being part of this special weekend.
